We collect you from your hotel, and if you want an extra half hour at Pena Palace or an unplanned stop for lunch in Azenhas do Mar, you take it — the itinerary is a suggestion, not a contract.
Sintra and Cascais fill a comfortable full day. Fátima pairs with Batalha, Nazaré and Óbidos. Évora reaches into the Alentejo, and Arrábida trades palaces for cliffs and wine. Half-day options exist for anyone who wants an afternoon back in Lisbon.
Prices are per vehicle, not per person, which usually makes a private tour cheaper than four coach seats. Entry tickets are not included, because buying them in your name lets you skip the group queue at the door.
